Notes Explorer allows you to search and analyze Electronic Medical Record (EMR) notes. This powerful tool helps you find specific information within patient notes, perform queries, and save searches for future use.

Download Patient IDs

You can download patient identifiers from Notes Explorer when you need a file for analysis or handoff to other tools.

Large Patient ID downloads: If there are over 1 million rows, avoid opening the CSV in Excel—row limits can truncate the file. Use Notepad, Notepad++, or another editor or data tool meant for very large text/CSV files.

Getting Started

To start using Notes Explorer, navigate to the Notes Explorer tab from the main navigation. From there, you can create new queries, search notes, and manage your saved searches.
