Edit A Cohort

You can edit existing cohorts to modify their criteria, update selection parameters, or refine the patient population. Editing a cohort allows you to adjust inclusion and exclusion criteria without creating a new cohort from scratch.

How to Edit a Cohort

1. Navigate to the Dashboard or Cohort Analytics section
2. Find the cohort you want to edit in the list
3. Click the "Edit" button or "Open" button for the cohort
4. Modify the criteria as needed
5. Save your changes

What You Can Edit

When editing a cohort, you can modify:

• Inclusion criteria - Add or remove conditions for patient inclusion
• Exclusion criteria - Update conditions for patient exclusion
• Search criteria - Modify search parameters and filters
• Selection criteria - Adjust selection rules and logic
• Cohort name - Rename the cohort if needed

After Editing

Once you save your edits, the cohort will be updated and moved to the top of the cohorts table. You can then analyze the updated cohort to see how the changes affect the patient population and results.
