Analytics Dashboard

The Analytics Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your cohort data, featuring key metrics, visualizations, and quick access to common analyses.

Dashboard Overview

When you select a cohort and navigate to the Analytics Dashboard, you'll see several key components that help you understand your patient population at a glance.

Key Metrics Panel

At the top of the dashboard, you'll find summary cards displaying:

Total Patients: The count of patients in your cohort
Average Age: Mean age of the patient population
Gender Distribution: Breakdown by gender
Time Span: Date range of data included

Demographic Charts

Interactive charts provide visual breakdowns of patient demographics:

Age distribution histogram
Gender pie chart
Geographic distribution map
Insurance type breakdown

Interactivity: Click on any chart segment to drill down into that subset of patients, or hover over data points to see detailed tooltips.

Customizing Your Dashboard

The dashboard can be personalized to show the metrics most relevant to your work:

Click "Customize Dashboard"

Find this button in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.

Select Widgets

Choose which metric cards and charts to display from the available options.

Arrange Layout

Drag and drop widgets to arrange them in your preferred order.

Save Configuration

Click "Save" to preserve your customized dashboard layout.

Comparing Cohorts

You can compare two or more cohorts side by side to identify differences:

Click the "Compare" button on the dashboard
Select additional cohorts to compare
View side-by-side metrics and overlaid visualizations

Quick Actions

From the dashboard, you can quickly access common tasks:

📊 Generate Report

Create a detailed PDF report of cohort characteristics.

📤 Export Data

Download aggregate statistics in CSV or Excel format.

🔄 Refresh Data

Update dashboard with the latest data.

📎 Share Dashboard

Share a link to this dashboard view with colleagues.
